Founder and lead chandler, Waxverse Studio
Maya Holloway
Maya started Waxverse at her kitchen table during the 2020 lockdown after a £45 boutique candle tunnelled on its first burn. The studio is now an 80-litre Bristol test kitchen where every recipe is poured, burned for the full BS EN 15493 protocol, and signed off before it ships. She writes the journal, the wick chart, and most of the symptom tree under /fix.
