Refund Policy

We stand behind every Studio product and subscription. If it is not right for you, we will refund you within the window below.

1. Free trial on Studio Maker and Studio Pro

New Studio Maker and Studio Pro subscriptions start with a 3 day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your card is automatically charged for the plan and interval you selected (monthly or annual) and the subscription renews on that cadence until you cancel.

2. Money back guarantee

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of your order on:

• The Studio Starter Pack and any other one time Studio product.
• The first paid billing period of a new Studio Maker or Studio Pro subscription (after the 3 day free trial).

Later renewals of an existing subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. How to request a refund

Our payment processor Paddle handles all refunds on our behalf. There are two ways to request one:

• Visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email you paid with.
• Email hello@waxverse.com with your order email address and the reason for the refund and we will process it with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most refunds land within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel Studio Maker or Studio Pro at any time (including during the free trial) from the Subscription tab in your account, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current trial or billing period.
