Additive dose exceeds manufacturer range
Each additive has a tested dose range. Above the maximum, additives stop helping and start hurting: brittle wax, frosted tops, dampened scent throw, unburned residue at the bottom of the vessel. The rule fires when any additive is dosed above its published maximum.
What this means for your recipe
When this rule fires the recipe loses 15 points and drops a band. Worth addressing before selling. The same rule fires every time the underlying condition is true, so the way to lift the score is to change the recipe, not the rule.
