Fragrance load exceeds wax maximum
Every wax has a maximum fragrance load it can hold in suspension across the temperature range of a candle burn. Above that load the fragrance separates from the wax, weeps from the candle surface, and creates a flammable pool at the flame. The rule fires whenever the total fragrance load exceeds the wax's tested maximum.
What this means for your recipe
When this rule fires the recipe loses 15 points and drops a band. Worth addressing before selling. The same rule fires every time the underlying condition is true, so the way to lift the score is to change the recipe, not the rule.
