Fragrance not IFRA-12 approved for candles
IFRA Category 12 covers candle and air-care applications and sets ingredient limits specific to that use. A fragrance not approved for Category 12 may contain allergens or skin-sensitising compounds above the levels considered safe for indoor combustion. The rule fires when any selected fragrance is not marked IFRA Category 12 approved.
