Recipe uses a personal-library material with unverified data

Personal-library materials are rows a maker added themselves. They carry no manufacturer test data such as a wick's tested diameter range and wax matrix, a vessel's measured capacity and candle-use rating, or a fragrance's IFRA category 12 approval. Any compatibility rule that depends on that missing metadata is skipped rather than passed. The Waxverse Score treats a recipe with an unverified material as unscoreable and reports the recipe as Unverified until the missing fields are entered or a catalogue material is substituted.

What this means for your recipe

When this rule fires the recipe loses 15 points and drops a band. Worth addressing before selling. The same rule fires every time the underlying condition is true, so the way to lift the score is to change the recipe, not the rule.

Primary sources

This rule is editorial. It reflects working chandler practice rather than a single primary regulation. See the related guides for the background.
